Our goal is to provide you with an easy and worry free online shopping experience. We will gladly refund your order for the full price of any returned merchandise (in its original condition, including packaging) less shipping fees and return shipping fees, in the event that you are unsatisfied with any items you have purchased. In the event that the item is defective a manufacturers warranty will apply.We will only accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. International Shipments that are returned due to a refusal to pay for customs duties, will be credited merchandise less shipping fees, and a "Returned Mail Charge" will apply.
- Print out our Return Form.
- Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place in the original shipping box if you still have it, or an appropriately sized box. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact. Please note: Items MUST be in complete resalable condition, in the original packaging with all packaging complete otherwise a credit will not be issued.
- Fill out the information requested on the return form and put it in the box.

- Send the package to us using your countries postal service and be sure to get a tracking number. Private Courriers such as UPS, Fed Ex, Purolator, DHL and Atripco, are subject to brokerage fees that will be charged to the customer returning the product(s). We therefore ask that you do not use private courriers for returns.
Please note: We will refuse any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it.
Resolution: You can expect that your return will be resolved within 5 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to your credit card. For orders paid by cheque or money order, your Perrin account will be credited for the refund.
