Shipping Rates:

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Shipping rates are based on “Ship To” addresses. For shipping rates to remote areas, please call for a quote.


Remote Areas

If you are shipping to an address with one of the following postal codes, the address is considered remote. A customer service representative will contact you with the cost of shipping. Payment for your merchandise and shipping will be processed upon your approval of the shipping fee.

Pick Up

You can pick up your pre-ordered items from our warehouse at 90 Thorncliffe Park Drive, Toronto, ON (Map). Your order will be ready for pick up by 2:00 pm next business day during Business Hours.

7-12 business days - New York, Ohio

8-13 business days - Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Road Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin

9-14 business days - Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington

11-16 business days - Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming

(Add extra days for additional distance from these major centres. Shipping via Express to the U.S. takes approximately 1-3 business days.)

(Add extra days for additional distance from these major centres. Shipping via Express within Canada generally cuts delivery times in half.)


International Orders

We accept orders from overseas. When shipping to areas outside of Canada, a customs duty may apply to your shipment. You, the Perrin Customer, are responsible for any Customs or Brokerage Fees, in order to clear the parcel through your border. If the customer refuses the parcel due to customs fees, the customer will be credited for the products only and a returned mail charge will apply.


Partial Shipments

In some cases, large orders or orders with unusual shaped products may be shipped in two or more boxes, and an additional charge may apply. We will contact you when an instance such as this occurs. It is not uncommon for boxes to arrive on different days within the allotted time frame. You will receive a shipment confirmation containing a unique tracking number for each box.


Shipping Method

In stock orders are shipped from our warehouse next business day via Standard Service across Canada and the continental USA. Express shipments in the United States are shipped via the quickest and most economical courier servicing the region.


Heavy, Bulky or Oversized Products

There are a number of items available for purchase within our store that are unusually large, heavy or awkwardly shaped. As a result shipping companies charge additional fees to move these goods and storage/movement within our warehouse is more expensive.


In order to offer these items for sale it is necessary to charge an additional oversize fee.


If an item that you have selected has such a fee, you will see the oversize icon appear on that item's detail page.


Oversize amounts are calculated separately from shipping however, should you decide to return an oversized item, you will not receive a credit for the oversize fee.


The oversize fee does not apply to pickup orders.
